Designed with a stock Halloween print of Frankenstein with his pumpkin friends, this ghoulish bag is made of silver reflective 3.0 mil low density film plastic. Features include a top-open; non-reinforced die cut handle and each bag comes with Halloween safety tips with a multi-color design. Great for public safety awareness!
